My physical ability and stamina have improved.  For decades, I have played golf in pain (RA) and it's a challenge to play 2 days in a row. My Weight Loss Journey… 
I've been on a diet for most of my life. 

I was a ballerina. I wanted to be a model. And at 12 years old, I was told I needed to lose weight.

Think about that. 12 years old. Can you remember the first time you were told or thought, "I have to lose weight?"

This began years of yo-yo dieting well into my early 30's. Losing weight and regaining it once I went off the most current diet.

After years of effort and failed attempts, I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
I decided things had to change!

I went to UCLA Graduate School to become a Movement Therapist. I learned the power of empathy and conversation with adults dealing with various mental health disorders. I became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. I completed a PhD in Holistic Nutrition recognizing the impact certain foods have on our weight, health and well-being. But I found the final piece of the puzzle when I went to the Mayo Clinic to become a Health Coach and had my own coach.

This was my turning point!

Now, I'm a nationally board-certified Health Coach as well as certified through the Mayo Clinic.

And I did it: I finally lost the weight for good and felt confident in my body!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a group program?
Yes. If you've never been in a group coaching setting, it can sound intimidating. It's actually quite rewarding. Every woman in the group is on the same path. Group coaching builds deeper relationships and connections through this common experience. The group setting provides you the incredible opportunity to meet new people, share knowledge, and gain more through listening and learning from everyone else.
How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?
The class material will only take you approximately 1 hour per week to go through. The weekly LIVE online group coaching session is also 1 hr. If you cannot attend the session LIVE, you will have access to the replay inside the private Facebook group to watch & learn when it's convenient for you.
 I’m going to be out of town next month, will I fall too far behind?
